Walking Meditation

Join the Walden Woods Project, the Thoreau Society, Jhamtse Buddhist Center, and the Walden Pond State Reservation as we welcome Geshe Dondup, a renowned Tibetan Buddhist teacher who has taught Buddhist Philosophy in monasteries in India, for a series of walking mediations.

(Park in the main parking area for Walden Pond on Rte 126, directly across from the pond itself, $5 parking fee. After you've parked, look for signs to the reconstruction of Thoreau's cabin, adjacent to the parking lot and visible from Rte 126.)

(Meet in the parking lot of the Hapgood Wright town forest, across from Concord Carlisle High School.) You are welcome to bring your well-behaved dog, on leash.
