Henry David Thoreau: A 200th Birthday Celebration

A community reading and commentary about the writings of Henry David Thoreau will be offered in the outdoor patio at What Goes 'Round Books. Live wooden flute music, snacks will be available and narrated by Howard D. Paap.

Bio: Howard D. Paap taught anthropology for over thirty years and now resides in Bayfield, Wisconsin, with is wife of 55 years. He has published A Northern Land - (Life with the Ojibwe); Raspberry River and Other Stories; The View from the Creek - (Notes from Lake Superior's Ojibwe Country); and Red Cliff, Wisconsin: A History of an Ojibwe Comminity, Vol. 1, (The Earliest Years: The Origins toi 1854).
